We ship with Sendle, our trusted courier network. Once your order is placed, our team carefully packs it within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • East Coast metro & regional: usually within 48 hours of dispatch

  • Adelaide, NT & WA: generally 4–5 business days

Returns 

At Koko & Karma, we want every sip to feel like good karma. That means not only crafting the best-tasting coconut water, but also making sure you feel supported if something’s not quite right. While we can’t accept returns in every situation (because, let’s be real, no one wants to drink a returned can!), we promise to always act in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Here’s how our return policy works:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are available for Koko & Karma products bought directly from our official website or from authorised stockists.

  • To be eligible, items must be unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns need to be lodged within 30 days of purchase.

2. When Returns Aren’t Possible

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept opened or partially consumed products.

  • Items purchased from resellers or unauthorised sellers are not eligible for return.

3. How to Return

If you need to return, it’s simple:
a. Email our friendly team at info@kokoandkarma.com with your order details.
b. Safely pack the product in its original packaging.
c. Our team will confirm the return address and guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we’ll cover the cost with a prepaid label.

  • If you’ve simply changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and check your returned product, you can choose a refund (to your original payment method) or a replacement.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received.

6. Quality Concerns

We take quality super seriously. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, reach out straight away at info@kokoandkarma.com and we’ll work with you to sort it quickly - whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your consumer rights. We got you covered.
